Racist Graffiti 'Just a Prank' Three Shirley men accused of spray painting about 40 vehicles with racist graffiti in Mastic last week, including messages targeting President-elect Barack Obama, were arrested, police said Friday. Skylar Santiago, Fiore D'Angelo and Thomas Kujan, were charged with criminal mischief to vehicles, and are free on bail pending their arraignment. 1010 WINS AUDIO: Mona Rivera reports
